We (a group of 8 ladies) have had a wonderful five night stay in this gorgeous villa. There was so much room for us all, it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The garden area is beautiful and private and the beach is literally over the road. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and plenty of beautiful restaurants and bars a 15 minute walk away plus a couple on the beach next to the villa. Our host was exceptional at communication and incredibly helpful.He also recommended some fabulous restaurants to try plus an amazing, and very reasonably priced, private chef who catered for us one memorable evening!We highly recommend this wonderful home!

Pros: We enjoyed a great family holiday in this villa with lovely pool and enclosed gardens. Car recommended as San Pedro is 20-25 minutes walk. Beach very close but spoilt by many wheelie bins. Public swimming pool over the road was a private pool with sun beds for hire. Mr Santiago was very helpful and directed our daughters taxi when it could not find the villa, it is very secluded and not easy to locate.

Pros: The Villa was absolutely stunning with all you need plus more! Fantastic location right next to the sea with easy access to Puerto Banus and Marbella. We used this villa for a girls holiday and it was perfect for everyone's needs. We would definitely recommended the villa :) Mr Santiago - the care taker, was a brilliant help and provided an excellent service.

Pros: We had a fabulous holiday last year. The villa Linda Vista is very spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything you may need to provide a convenient and relaxing accommodation. Air conditioning systems works perfectly well, however, you may even not need it most of time due to good refreshing ventilation if the doors are open. We expected an unbearable heat to face in August in Andalusia but surprisingly it was not bad at all. It was rather nicely warm. The second floor of the villa can be used as nearly separated apartment with a large terrace and two large bedrooms. Two families of friend would fit in without problems. We liked the pool, it is not small and one can swim in it, but it also have a nice shallow appendix for small children to play. It is designed so that it is in a shadow most of time, which we found to be extremely convenient. The place is taken a very good care of, and the team responsible for it is very nice and friendly as well as extremely helpful. It is really important if you come to where you never been before and usually feel a bit lost. The sea and a sandy beach with small shops, great restaurants, gym tools and play grounds is very close, indeed. It is clean, not crowded (pretty rare characteristic!). We have found the water a bit cold to our taste, but we all enjoyed spending time on the beach, swimming mainly in the pool. We were afraid to be in the middle of civilization living so close to a beach in Andalusia, but actually this spot occurred to be very private and quiet. These characters are combined with the closeness to a town where hospitals, pharmacies, shops etc can be reached in about 15 min walk or 5 min drive from the villa. The fabulous Marbella is in 40 min drive distance. It is a great place to get in touch with the cultural and historic Andalusia. Great days out! We also liked very much our trip to old historic town of Rhonda (about 1 h into the mountains by bus)-unforgettable experience. It is a must see place. We want to thank Joanne, Brian and Viorel again for taking a good care of our holiday in the villa!

Pros: We are a group of grown-ups who go to Spain every year to have a good time together and relax. We have now been in this fantastic and wonderful house - everything is just in a very good shape. The house is very cosy and the swimmingpool is just perfect for a refreshing dip. From the undisturped backyard you have access directly to the beach and a couple of very nice bars/restaurants. All in all this have been a fantastic vacation. Wish we could stay for a couple more days.

Pros: My family, including my adult son as well as my daughter, her husband and my 12 and 10 year old grandchildren, arrived very weary from long flights from the USA and were met by a very congenial and helpful, Mr. Santiago, who put us at ease. The Villa itself is absolutely beautiful in a lovely garden setting filled with bougainvillea and many other flowering plants, and with all the conveniences one could want. The children especially enjoyed the wonderful pool and the family spent many happy times there. The location is perfect for going to the beach...a 2 minute walk, the promenade along the beach to Puerto Banus, as well as a short walk to local stores. It is also convenient for day trips to Tangier, Granada, Cordova, Ronda and other nearby historic sites. Two Beach Clubs, El Ancla and Macaao, are just a minute walk from the back gate and both are quite lovely with wonderful food. All in all, our two week stay was all that we hoped for and we hated to say goodbye.

Pros: Fantastic Holiday. The villa was beautiful and Mr Santiago was amazing, very helpful and friendly. We were a family of 10 adults and we had a great time. Everything at the villa was superb, very clean, tidy and all facilities that were required. The only drawback was you do need a car to get to restaurants, bars etc. and the supermarket but taxis very reliable if that suits you. Thanks for a relaxing holiday with family. Pros: We were 10 people, including 3 children, and had plenty of space. Bathroom with each bedroom gave good comfort. The house had everything we needed including towels, beach towels and gas grill for barbecue. The garden was wonderful with a lot of beautiful trees and flowers, many sun beds and a nice pool. The pool isn't big, but enough for the children. One minute walk to the beach with beach clubs, but we spent most of the time in the garden. Good information and support before and under our stay.

Pros: 7 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room . Lovely house. Get the heated pool option. Restaurants on beach expensive but if you download Uber it’s only a couple of euro into San Pedro or a 20 min walk to the center . The only bad points were that the towels were never changed during the week and one if the air con units were broken however it was fixed the following day. Would recommend this location.

Pros: The villa is in a perfect spot, close to town, without the traffic and noise, great restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beach. The villa was wonderful, had all we needed for a restful vacation. The owners are very responsive as we couldn't figure out the TV , they came and helped us with it. The grounds are beautifully, professionally maintained by a lovely gardener weekly, as well as the pool. This was our second visit to San Pedro, we just love the area and loved having the villa as our home base. Can't wait to visit again!!

Pros: This was our first visit to Spain.It was above and beyond our expectations. San Pedro / Marbella area is easy to navigate and beautiful as well. The villa was more than comfortable for the 4 of us, the decor was beautiful, and especially loved the modern, and plentiful bathrooms. The owners were more than helpful getting us situated, and very responsive to questions we had during our stay. We can not wait to return to Spain and this specific villa.

Pros: We really enjoyed your nice villa. Our grandchildren would not go home and had a marvelous week. We had both lunch and dinner the last day at the very good restaurant "El Ancla" near by. We were at the zoo, butterfly house, dolphin show etc. etc. Our 50 year anniversary was just what we hoped for. The weather was also on our side. We will recommend your villa to friends. Pros: A lovely house in a good location. Within walking distance of pretty much everything. Not the most child friendly place we have stayed in (we have a 2 & 4 year old) due to the glass top tables and open staircase, this being the case we still had a great time and would come back.

Pros: Right from the first contact with Ed to the final wrap up with Mr. Santiago we were very pleased with the villa. The best part was the surprise when we arrived - a Christmas tree in the living room and beautiful white lights outside!! The villa worked out very well for all ages including my elderly Mother and two teenage girls. We're all from different parts of the world (Singapore and Canada) so to come together for Christmas was amazing!

Pros: We were a group of nine people. Children and grandchildren, six adult and three children aged 11- 13 years. We had a fantastic week and enjoyed to the full by the sun, swimming in the pool and beautiful moments in the garden. The house was a dream with spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The promenaded was wonderful and perfect for early jogging. We were also very kindly received. Can only say FANTASTIC!! We gladly return!

Pros: This was an amazing Villa in the perfect spot for the Beach and shops and Golf , lovely ealk approx 1 hour from the Villa to Puerto Banus where you can choose from many bars and restaurants and watch the world go by ! Pros: Dejligt hyggeligt familiehus med skøn have, alt fungerede og vi fik en god betjening af Santiago som kunne hjælpe os med forskellige spørgsmål. Vi havde nogle udfordringer med alarmen på huset,kunne godt have brugt lidt flere informationer om dette. Sengene kunne måske godt trænge til en udskiftning og man skal være opmærksom på at der er enkeltsenge med udtræk på flere værelser . Men vi havde en dejlig ferie i et hyggeligt hus. Pros: Vi var en familie med bedsteforældre,børn og børnebørn, ialt ni personer, og huset fungerede fint for os.Det eneste minus var, at huset var relativt svært at finde, selv med gps navigator og udlejerens rutevejledning i hånden, men med google-maps på mobilen gik det fint. Og lige et tip mere: Man skal til en plads ved stranden med sit skrald (der er containere). Det er ikke særligt logisk, men da der kun er 100 meter er det ikke et problem.

Pros: Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour à la Villa, où nous sommes restés deux semaines, avec des enfants en bas âge mais aussi des ados. Tout le monde à trouver de quoi s'occuper, piscine pour les plus petits et jeux dans le jardin, les ados ont beaucoup profiter de la mer et de la plage mais aussi de Puerto Banus à pieds ou en taxi. Il est vrai que la plage la plus proche n'est pas la partie la plus belle, mais Mr Santiago qui nous a très bien accueilli et est resté joignable tout le long du séjour, nous a indiqué comment rejoindre une autre partie de la plage beaucoup plus agréable, à 5 minutes à pieds. La maison est bien équipée et conforme aux photos, et bien entretenue (jardiniers, nettoyage de la piscine, nettoyage intérieur), notre seule requête importante aurait été des rideaux opaques pour pouvoir dormir dans le noir et ne pas être réveillés le matin. Nous avons trouvé des solutions provisoires mais cela nous a manqué. D'autre part, la literie n'est pas de la meilleure qualité, les matelas pourraient être changés dans les pièces du bas, mais pour le reste la maison est très agréable, et reposante, avec le bruit de la mer ! Merci encore à Monsieur Santiago pour son accueil et ses conseils (nourriture, courses, etc.) Très bon endroit pour des vacances en famille, la maison est facile avec des enfants en bas âge. L'utilisation de la voiture est très recommandée.

Pros: Vi hyrde detta hus tillsammans med en kompis familj, 2 barn vardera. Perfekt att dem kunde ha hela övervåningen - tjejerna ett eget sovrum, mamman och pappan ett eget, och vi med en liten bebis på 7 månader hade nedervåningen med nära till kök osv. Också 3 sovrum där nere vilket var perfekt, två för oss & ett som bebisen sov middag i på dagen. Stranden var väl inte den bästa men vi åkte inte dit för den heller, allt annat var tipptopp och lugnt område! Älskar gården, det enda minus var att huset saknade mycket redskap i köket för matlagning. Annars allting topp!!! Allting runt omkring var rent och fint, förutom porslinet i köksskåpen. Hade gärna haft noggrannare städning!

Pros: Wij verbleven er 1 week met 8 personen. Het huis was comfortabel en ruim en geeft ieder genoeg privacy. Boodschappen waren een beetje ver weg, we liepen heen en bestelden terug met boodschappen een taxi! Goed idee van meneer Santiago, die zowiezo erg behulpzaam was. Zwembad en tuin werden gedurende de week schoongemaakt en onderhouden, mooie tuin! Paar restaurants in de buurt, verder in het dorp veel meer, 20 minuten lopen. Kortom fijne week gehad. Bedankt Mr. King, via mail en Mr. Santiago, die bij aankomst en vertrek aanwezig was en steeds telefonisch bereikbaar, heel prettig contact!!!
