- Exclusive modern detached villa in the up-market area of Puerto Banus / Marbella near Sisu Boutique Hotel.
- Comfortably sleeps 12, can accommodate 14 by use of a sofa bed.
- Only a short stroll or cycle ride to the beach and the Port, we highly recommend cycling / strolling on the new promenade. Public transport is close-by. Gym & Tennis centre less than 2 minutes away. Taxi's to the Port no more than 10 EUR.
- Private pool with all day sun, hot tub, outside BBQ with 2 large terraces - exterior lighting features at night are beautiful and relaxing.
- Property is split over 3 levels (3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, all bedrooms en-suite).
- Enormous master bedroom with huge walk in shower and private balcony perfect for late afternoon / evening sun.
- All rooms air-conditioned/heated
- Wi-fi / satellite television
