Amenities enjoyed by both adults and children besides a gorgeous lakeview from most rooms are our media room with 8ft pool table, a multi-function ping-pong table and large screen TV for movie nights. For outdoor activities that would be our huge grass backyard with a gravel area with firepit with chairs provided, horseshoe game set up, and of course the water sport gears includes a peddle boat for 2 and water slide right into the lake. If you are into fishing, you can have a seat right on the dock. Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoors to total isolation for those who prefer the luxury yet homely and comfy. Feel free to bring your own water toys and use our boat slip for easy access to and from the lake from our massive private dock. Two kayaks, life jackets, and a pedal boat are all included. Flat yard, great for lawn games. Fire Pit with fire woods provided for all guests. Close to JBLM, museums, golf, grocery stores, fine dining, theaters, mini golf and more.
Published rate is for 6 guests. For additional guest(s) beyond the 6th guest, there is an additional charge of $30/person/night.

You can easily park up to 10 cars on the paved driveway. DO NOT under any circumstances park on the lawn. Air mattress are provided for additional guests if needed, with bed sheets/blankets/towels and of course full access to all amenities.
