I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home, but I will try and keep it short and to the point. I had family from both ends of the country coming together to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UW and this home was a perfect place for us all to gather and share space. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and was just a short drive away from the airport. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils needed for indoor and outdoor cooking. Lots of seating indoors and out. Beds were comfortable and my nephews loved the game room! My family had a very memorable time gathering here.

We had a wonderful time at the property, It was so comfortable, and had everything we needed. I liked that there was no figuring out anything. The lighting was perfect, the temperature was perfect. So much room. We had ten people and everyone loved the beds and all the amenities. The host was super easy to work with!!!

The house was perfect for our family- the game room, outdoor fire pit and the big kitchen were perfect hangout spots. Beds were all comfy and the host was very responsive!

Hamy was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. The home was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities, like music in the bathroom and a bonfire that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the abundance of large cookware, which was perfect for our group. Out of all the places I’ve visited for large gatherings, this one tops the list. My friends and family absolutely loved it!

Hamy rapidly responds to questions and made it easy for us. The house is well suited for all ages with fun things to do. We grandparents hosted kids and grandkids and was so convenient for out of state travelers.

We had such a good time in this house. We had friends and family with so much room! The outdoor area was our favorite place! We will definitely rent this house again. The owners were kind and accommodating to everything! Thank you!

Easy check in process. Very spacious and clean property. Although there was no hot tub as listed. No big deal though, we played board games while some of our group utilized the game room. The beddings configuration in the master room was interesting with two Queen beds and a twin bed off to the side. We made it work. Overall this was a good stay. Thanks to the property owners.

Perfect spot for a weekend family gathering prior to going on an Alaska cruise.

Our group was comprised of 12 teenagers plus adult chaperones. We were in Washington for the Mt Rainier half marathon. This spacious, clean home was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved the game room. They also loved the stereo that’s connected in the downstairs bathroom, allowing you to “party while you showe” as the kids said. Our stay went without a hitch.

Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful house for 2 nights before leaving for an Alaskan cruise. House was very special with a lot of extras. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice outdoor patio area. We really enjoyed the piano and game room for our grandkids and young adults. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for everyone. Highly recommend! We wished we had plan to stay longer. 20 minute Uber ride to downtown and 5 minute ride to restaurants and grocery store at Ranier Beach.

We could not have been happier with our stay. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in and readily available.

We had such a great time at this house there was something for everyone, from the great game room for the kids and the back yard patio for the family to sit and enjoy each others company. The large kitchen that could accommodate every.

The house was exactly as advertised and communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. The house was perfect for our soccer team - comfy beds for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, and close to the fields.

We went for a family Christmas trip. Seven adults, and three tweens, a two year old and almost one year old. The place was exceptionally clean, well appointed, everything you could want for a family get away. Plenty of nice comfy beds, plenty of room for all, even a large play room with an arcade, drums ( could of done without them but the kids loved them😂) ice hockey game as well as several board games. Large big screen tv with premium channels as well. The host was extremely helpful and checked in on us almost daily to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. This is a great property with great amenities for a larger group. 4 batchrooms with each having a shower. Great communications with host. Great location - near airport and easy to get onto interstate to get into downtown Seattle. Was very clean and my wife commented how impressed she was with the abundance of towels.

This is a beautiful home and property. It perfectly served as our base camp for all of our Seattle activities as well as gave us several options to spend time together and reconnect as a family at the house. We used everything: basketball hoop out front, foosball table, air hockey table, drum set, ninja turtles arcade game, and a few of the card games. The place was clean and our host contacted me three times just to make sure we didn't need anything. We really didn't because this place had everything we needed.

Hamy was so communicative and welcoming and the house was wonderful: super clean, spacious, and full of so many details that made it feel inviting. My colleagues and I stayed here for a work retreat and loved spending time outside and enjoying the game room. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, but be advised that it was residential and a bit of a walk (15 min) to the train.

The house was perfect. The location was not perfect. The neighborhood was ok, not great. The surrounding area was not great. I guest it depends on what you are use to. The property manager communication was amazing and the house was super clean and as advertised. The location did not feel safe, especially at night. I recommend that the alarm that is in the house be allowed to be used by the house guest. Although the house was perfect, I would not rent it again because of the location.

House was excellent to accommodate 18 teachers. One master with bathroom had two queen & inside room with own door tiny room with twin. 2 full bathrooms additional upstairs with 4 other bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs full bathroom. Total 4 bathrooms all ladies great. Loved we were end of culdesac. Since only draw back not great area. But we were away most of the day anyway at conference. We would recommend staying especially large groups very great stay. Kathy

This a great house for a big group, lots of space and a fun game room as well. Super clean and plenty of towels, paper products and a generous supply of Keurig coffee pods. Back patio is private and quite nice. Short walk to light rail and also plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again if in town with a group.

Our extended family of 9 stayed at this house before our Alaskan cruise and it was perfect! They thought of every detail. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seattle.

We have a group of 10 family and friends. This was a great place with plenty of room for all os us to sleep comfortable , a great Kitchen and outside area to BBQ. close to Seattle. I would recommend this place for any large groups.

Had an Alaskan Cruise with family planned leaving out of Seattle. Came into town a couple of days early to enjoy the sites of downtown (especially Pike Place). Hamy was amazing! Always quick to answer any concerns or questions, gave great advice, and was always respectful and courteous. The house was impecable and perfect for our group of 12+. Spaceous, extremely clean, and very comfortable (and had 4 full baths!). We took the light rail from the airport to the house and from the house downtown to sightsee ($2-3 a person round trip each). House is only .4 of a mile walk from the station, but there was a pretty steep hill to get up with our roller bags, still... it was doable for all of us - to include my 67 yo mother - and much cheaper than a taxi or ride share. There is a grocery store half mile from the house as well, so we prefered to make our own meals rather than go out (although there are a few good restaurants in the area as well). Over all, it was a great experience and we will definitely book with Hamy again when any of us are in Seattle. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone going to Seattle!

Our extended family (10 adults, 2 children, 1 infant) spent three nights at Hamy's house. The six bedrooms and four bathrooms satisfied our needs. Beds were comfortable and linens / towels clean and plentiful. We spent the majority of our time in either the kitchen or outside on the patio. Kitchen had enough seating for our clan and the stainless steel appliances were modern. Plenty of counter space to store non-perishables, with ample plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery. Outside furnature was comfortable and the Barbeque was hot and grilled evenly at our first nights feast. Most attended an evening Mariners game and rather than drive, we took public transit. A short 10-minute walk brought us to the station (1-line) and we were at T Mobile field in 22-minutes. Hamy's house, locatated in the suburb of Dunlap, is a short 5-6 minute drive off I-5, very close to Boeing Field / museum of Flight. Our only slightly negative is the house location - it is at end of a cul-de-sac in a middle class neighbourhood, surround by bush / tall grasses.

My title says it all: STOP YOUR SEARCH - FABULOUS HOUSE - DON'T LET IT SLIP AWAY If I could give 10 stars to this house and the responsiveness of Hamy Dinh, I would. I have been renting from VRBO for over 20 years and by far (no joke) this has been the best experience ever. The house was PERFECT for 10 people, coming from Texas, Chicago and Atlanta, with plenty of room to spare. The few times we had to reach out to Hamy with some questions, by the time I hit SEND on my phone, within minutes I received a reply and resolution. The house is only 15 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. If you don't want to drive the light rail service to Seattle is only 3 blocks away and very walkable. The house itself is well stocked. There was unlimited amount of Toliet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Soap, Garbage Bags, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap...etc.. In all my years of renting I have never stayed where all these items were provided. The back covered deck is wonderful, with plenty of seating and an outdoor grill and refridgerator. The kitchen table and island were well used during our stay and we never felt crowded. Having 4 FULL bathrooms was an absolute bonus. 2 Front Load Washer and Dryers were an incredible amenity to have. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom was very spacious. During our stay, Seattle and all of Washington State was experiencing a heat wave, THIS HOUSE HAS AIR CONDITIONING, where most rental houses in Seattle do not. I could go on and on about this house and Hamy, but if I had to sum up our experience in one word it would have to be AMAZING.

The location of the house is a little iffy, but property itself is absolutely beautiful. House is very clean and stocked with everything we can possibly need. There is even a game room in the garage wich my kids definitely enjoyed. Loved the work out equipment as well as fenced in yard too. Location was very convenient. About 15 minutes to every where we wanted to go. Highly recommended
