Hamy made the whole experience super easy from beginning to end. Our staff retreat found it to be an easy place to work with great internet access. The house is in pristine condition. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, especially for any kind of rental house. We all like to cook so have a good set of knives is a plus. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful. Our group of 9 adults fit very nicely. The back yard is also incredibly inviting. Even in blustery October we took advantage of the fire pit for evening discussions. The one thing we didn't use much, but would under other circumstances is the game room in the converted garage. Flashing lights, music, pinball, air hockey and more. Super fun. We should work less. The house was perfect. The location was not perfect. The neighborhood was ok, not great. The surrounding area was not great. I guest it depends on what you are use to. The property manager communication was amazing and the house was super clean and as advertised. The location did not feel safe, especially at night. I recommend that the alarm that is in the house be allowed to be used by the house guest. Although the house was perfect, I would not rent it again because of the location.
