There are two bedrooms, a 140 bed and a 160 cm bed (two 80 cm beds adjoined together that can be separated if necessary), a large fully glazed room on the Loing, with an equipped kitchen area (wooden table and chairs, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, nespresso machine, etc.) and a vintage lounge area (DVD player and a collection of movies, free Wifi access and a very good 4G network), two terraces (one of 20m2 with table and chairs) and an outdoor cafibi (washing machine, washing machine). On a 10,000m2 plot of land (part in the forest, part in the garden), 40 m of bank directly on the Loing without vis-à-vis, the forest faces you on the other side of the river.
House in communion with nature, between river and forest. Accessible by car and bike, or 20 min walk from Montigny-sur-Loing station (Gamo train every hour from Gare de Lyon). Ideal for recharging your batteries, resting or working. Also ideal for finding inspiration and observing wildlife (swans, cormorants, kingfishers etc.). No parties or music outside. The birds sing very well :-)!
The banks of the Loing are directly accessible, water activities are possible (kayaking, swimming, BBQ, etc.) as well as outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, jogging, yoga, horse riding, tennis court bookable online, climbing in the nearby forest of Fontainebleau, ornithological reserve of Sorques, etc.).
