Magnificent apartment in the heart of the city located in a magnificent holiday villa built in 1896 by the architect Adam Dettloff on behalf of a wealthy English aristocrat.

The apartment has been completely renovated and restored, its authentic style preserved while adding the comfort of modern equipment.
A modern kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cellar, etc…
A bathroom with free-standing bath, walk-in shower, electric towel dryer, washbasin, WC, etc.
A large living room, with its restored original ornaments, moldings, gilding, marble fireplace, period chandeliers, Hungarian point parquet.
It includes a sleeping area with 160x200 bed, coffee table, 55P television, dining table, 3-seater sofa, cupboards with plenty of storage, etc...
