Great stay in Nice

Very clean; great location; two nice balconies; easy ride to the fifth floor via a fast and efficient elevator; host was very kind and allowed us to check in early.

The large bed was too hard for us. The twin beds are softer.

Lovely accommodation with a great location.

Location was very good, I would definitely recommend. Near the promenade and several coffee shops and supermarkets.

The mattress of the small bed is very hard. It sleeps very uncomfortably. It’s been stated a couple of times already. I hope that they soon invest in a better mattress , then they would definitely receive a 10!

Wonder stay with amazing host

Irene was wonderful. She met us and handed over the keys. We had an early flight and she knew we were arriving early and was kind enough to accommodate us and let us into the accommodation early. She communicated well with us.

One of the beds were hard but there are people who prefer a hard bed. One was soft so it accommodated both preferences in one location.

Great, clean apartment in a very nice location! Steps away from the Promenade!

The host was right on time with the keys to the apartment. Very friendly and very accommodating! Apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. There was a laundry machine, espresso machine and everything else we may need. Two nice balconies.

Super recommendable

Location is great: near to the beach (less than 5' walking to La Vela beach) and 30 minutes door-to-door to the airport. It is also 15 min walking of Promenade des Anglais. Super close to restaurants, supermarkets, plenty of options for food and drinks around and also in a walkable distance to the main street of bars and restaurants. The appartment was brand new and it is also more beautiful than the pictures. Good communication with hosts, and easy check in and out process.

The only discrepancy is that the pictures and description of "two bedrooms" can be confusing. What would be originally a 'living room' (no door) is equipped with a spacious king-size bed, and the proper closed bedroom is separated of it by a door. Not a problem, people can fit easily, but in terms of privacy it would be nice to have this very clear.

La mesa para comer es demasiado pequeña. El aire acondicionado del salón cocina para días fríos no calentaba lo suficiente. En la habitación grande el radiador también debería ser un poco mayor.

Posizione perfetta per tutto. Appartamento luminoso e ben tenuto. Attenzione! Si trova nell' area a bassa emissione di inquinamento. Quindi servirebbe un bollino da esporre sul parabrezza (si acquista solo online e va preso per tempo! Informatevi!)

Difficile trovare parcheggio (Quasi tutto a pagamento e molto caro). C'è un asilo vicino con bambini lasciati all'aperto ad urlare a lungo. La casa può essere un po' fredda. La cucina è ben accessoriata ma un po' piccola.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung in Nizza

Diese Wohnung ist in einem ausgezeichneten, sauberen Zustand und sehr niveauvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was ich brauchte: Küche mit Herd und Geschirr, separates WC, Badewanne, Waschmaschine und vieles andere. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig gewesen, was ganz wichtig ist für mich. Gut isoliert gegen Wohnungsgeräusche, hatte einen guten Schlaf. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ich war vor der Check-in-Zeit in der Nähe der Wohnung, um wie abgesprochen mein Gepäck abzustellen. Dabei kam es zur Schlüsselübergabe. Am Haus selbst (mehrere Etagen) gab es keinen Hinweis auf die angemietete Wohnung, auch vorher keine Mitteilung. Ich habe einfach bei einigen Wohnungen geklingelt und Glück gehabt. Das könnte besser geregelt werden.

Veoma prijatan boravak u Nici

Apartman je na veoma lepom mestu, blizu Engleske promenade i plaže. U neposrednoj blizini je Lidl koji je lepo snabdeven. U apartmanu ima dovoljno posuđa. Dve terase su pozicionirane tako da uvek imate mesto za uživanje tokom čitavog dana. U blizini aerodroma je pa je jednostavno i jeftino prevesti se Bolton ili gradskim prevozom. Uživali smo u ovom boravku.

Jedina mana je previše tvrd krevet za dvoje. Ostali kreveti su meki, ali meni je to bilo ok. Takođe, pokrivači su jako mali i tanki. U slučaju malo niže temperature uveče bi bilo hladno ispod.

Понравилось все-расположение, чистота, доброжелательность хозяев, чудесные балконы, удобные матрасы, продуманные мелочи, Лидл в 1 шаге, море в 2 минутах ходьбы. Оценка больше 10 моя, надеюсь еще погостить в этих чудесных апартаментах.

Szivesen töltenék itt hosszabb időt, heteket, hónapokat...

A WizzAir esti járatával érkeztünk, ezért tanácsot kértünk a szállásadótól levélben, hogy húsvét vasárnap 22 óra körül milyen boltok, vagy éttermek vannak nyitva, hogy meg tudjunk vacsorzáni, vagy bevásárolni. Húsvét és Vasárnap nincs már ilyenkor nyitva (szinte) semmi. Iréne ettől függeltenül összeírt pár hasznos tanácsot a részünkre, hogy esetleg még mi lehet nyitva. Ennél viszont sokkal jobb történt, érkezésünkor, azt hiszem a fia fogadott, és kaptunk ajándékba egy komplett vacsorára való ételt (sajtokat, bagettet, tejet, lekvár) Egészen elképesztő figyelmesség volt, NAGYON KÖSZÖNJÜK. A szállás valóban az, amit mások is írtak. Megvan benne minden, ami a mindennapi élethez szükséges. kapszulás kávfőző, kenyérpirító, mikrohullámú sütő, vizforraló is. A tisztaság tökélets volt, az ágyak kényelmesek. A lakástól 50 m-re bevásárlási lehetőség, éttermek sora. Nincs messze a villamos sem

muy buena la ubicación. Una de las camas bastante cómoda. El salón y la cocina un poco pequeños.

la cama de una de las habitaciones es muy dura e incomoda para dormir. la cocina con muy poco espacio. hemos echado de menos un lavaplatos. Al llegar tuvimos que esperar un poco a que vinieran con la llave.

Boa opção para conhecer Nice

Localização excelente, próxima à Promenade des Anglais, a transportes e com supermercado a 2 passos. Apartamento limpo, bem equipado e confortáveO antrião foi muito simpático e respondeu prontamente a todas as solicitações.

La localisation, proche de la promenade des anglais, la disponibilité de la propriétaire qui s'est montrée très arrangeante pour garder nos valises en attendant notre vol de retour en soirée, le calme de la rue et la propreté de l'appartement. Merci !

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt und in die Altstadt ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Parken in der Gegend ist schwierig. Evtl. muss man sich vorher eine Umweltplakette besorgen.

Côte d'Azur- Nice

Очень, уютные, чистые апартаменты. Есть всё необходимое для кратковременого проживания, даже пляжный зонтик. Очень порадовали 2 балкона. На одном завтракали, на другом, в вечернее время, наслаждались бокалом вина. Рядом: магазин Lidl- 1 мин, пляж -5 мин, шумный, многолюдный центр- 10-15 мин. Спасибо гостепреимным хозяевам!

Не очень было удобно с одним комплектом ключей.
