Immeuble bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces. Facile d'accès.
Apparemment ensoleillé et cosy
Nous avons eu un souci avec les radiateurs et le chauffe-eau pendant notre séjour, le propriétaire est intervenu assez rapidement.
Rue passante et très bruyante, malgré les fenêtres fermées.
Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres et surtout sentent assez mauvais (tabac, odeur de renfermé, mélange de nourriture)
L'appartement en lui-même est beau, il mériterait cependant un petit rafraîchissement, peinture, équipements, etc. Les voisins du dessus quant à eux sont très bruyants.
