The location was great. Walkable to downtown and groceries. The unit is very spacious. The pool area looks lovely, though the pool is very cold in December. Underground parking was very clean and convenient.

The apartment seems tired. The mattress isn't great. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition and the table was broken. The laundry machine didn't work. The toilet flushers were broken and required fiddling with to stop running. The street facing patio has alot of traffic noise during busy times of day Paying was a bit of pain as they don't accept Visa and we had to install PayPal.

Beds were decent, place was quiet

Needs updating - the washing machine didn't work properly, the wi-fi router is from 2015 and very slow, only one door key made it hard for three people.
