The property was in quiet area, with great views over Funchal. We had two balconies so it offered private space. Good shower & separate doors from each bedroom. The staff were responsive most of the time.

We had issues with the oven & the coffee machine, that were not resolved.

Apartment is very spacious and with amazing view. So enjoyable to have breakfast or evening glass of wine on the terrace with spectacular panoramic view.

Only bed mattress could be more comfy. Wasn’t so comfortable for our backs. For longer stays would be nice if there would be available loundry watching machine.

Really comfortable and spacious apartment with great cooking facilities, in a nice area of Funchal. Big balconies with lovely views. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They allowed us to leave our suitcases in the wardrobe when we arrived early, and while the apartment was being cleaned.

The main issue we had was with noise from the people staying in the apartment above. We were regularly woken by the front doors being slammed and furniture being dragged across the floor (our ceiling). When we let the hosts know, they did remind the other guests to be mindful of noise, but unfortunately it didn’t make much difference. A washing machine would also have been very useful as we stayed 11 nights and had to hand wash everything. We didn’t get any new towels or bed sheets in that time either.
