We loved Calais and had a fantastic time but expected more of the accommodation.

Location was great, property was spacious with good decor

There was no sheet on the main bed on the first night which meant we had to sleep on a nylon matress cover, very unpleasant. The next day a sheet was put on the doormat, it was one thing having to take all the bedding off at the end of our stay but I didn't expect to have to make the bed too! Smoke alarm had been disconnected and left on a side table.Odd bathroom layout.

Appartement très spacieux, On s y sentait bien directement... Décoré avec goût. Très grand lit et super confortable 😊 C était très propre aussi. Il y a toujours moyen de trouver une place de stationnement dans la rue, voir dans une rue parallèle.

Het verblijf was proper zn netjes, voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Nabij winkels en de zee.

De rioolgeur en vocht in de gang was zéér onaangenaam. Er was niet aangegeven dat het op 2de verdiep was.

Appartement spacieux et surtout très bien équipé, tout y est pour un séjour très agréable en famille ou entre amis. Propreté irréprochable et lits confortables. Petite vue sur le beffroi au coucher de soleil qui plus est. Localisation parfaite.

War ganz OK, sehr schöne Umgebung

Gute Ausstattung, gute Raumaufteilung, geräumige Wohnung. Von dort aus kommt man überall gut hin. Kostenlos parken in der Nähe ist kein Problem. Stadt fußläufig erreichbar.

Für jeden ein Duschtuch, keine Handtücher, das Sofa ist sehr unbequem, die angegebenen Checkoutzeiten bei Booking.com stimmen nicht mit den Checkoutzeiten vom Vermieter überein. Sauberkeit geht so, es stinkt im Eingangsbereich.

Nice logement

L'appartement est calme, grand et très bien situé, à seulement 8-10 minutes à pied du port, avec du supermarché et des restaurants à proximité. Le logement est très bien équipé : machine à laver, volets occultants, chauffage, Netflix, de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine, etc. La récupération et le retour des clés se font rapidement et sans contact, ce qui est très pratique. Le concierge répond très rapidement aux messages, ce qui est rassurant. Parking gratuit et facile à trouver devant le bâtiment. On y retournera! .

Petit bémol : litières ne sont pas très confortables, le lave-vaisselle n'est pas propre quand nous sommes arrivés.

Séjour très agréable à la Résidence Suzanne dans un appartement finement décoré et idéalement situé!

Nous nous rendions en famille à la côte d'Opale et nous cherchions un logement avec deux chambres à prix correct. Le logement correspondait entièrement à nos attentes et les dépassaient même pour certains points. Le logement était très bien équipé, particulièrement bien décoré et on aurait même pu y vivre! Super bien situé à quelques pas de la Place d'Armes. Il y avait aussi de la place pour se garer dans les rues voisines. A noter que le parking y était gratuit. Au niveau de la localisation c'était vraiment idéal car nous étions tout près du centre ville mais également rapidement sur l'autoroute.

Seuls points à travailler, les règlement d'une caution et la qualité de la literie. En ce qui concerne la caution, il est déjà rare qu'une caution (de 300€) soit demandée pour de tels séjours. Tant que cette caution n'est pas réglée via un lien envoyé par l'hôte, les informations pour obtenir le code d'accès et la clé ne sont pas envoyées. En ce qui concerne la literie, dans une des chambres (celle utilisée par notre ado de 16ans) le matelas avait l'air bon, mais dans celle que ma compagne et moi avons utilisée, le matelas était trop mou. Les draps étaient en polyester et donc pas très agréables. Les serviettes de bain pourraient également être un peu plus grandes. Cependant, malgré ces petits points d'amélioration possibles, je pense que nous serions très enthousiastes à l'idée de relouer ce logement!

Erg fijne locatie om “thuis te komen” na het verkennen van de Opaalkust.

Brandschoon appartement bij aankomst. Heel leuk ingericht en ruim, huiselijk maar zonder dat je het idee hebt dat je in iemand anders zijn woning verblijft. Hele fijne sfeer. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement (keukengerei bijvoorbeeld). Dichtbij het centrum en dus winkels en restaurants op loopafstand, maar locatie is rustig genoeg om lekker te kunnen slapen. Wij hebben een hele fijne week doorgebracht in dit appartement!

SCHITTEREND APPARTEMENT!

Het appartement is nog mooier dan op de foto's! Alles opnieuw geschilderd en superschoon! Slechts een paar honderd meter van het strand gelegen in een mooie buurt, nabij een mooi park, bakkers en supermarkt.

Alles was perfect! Geen enkel minpunt!
