Le grand Messin - Calais Nord -Cour - Plage - Ferry - Eurotunnel

An der Unterkunft hat uns im Grunde alles gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral, die kleine Terrasse ist super praktisch, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte auch sehr gut. Auch toll das kostenlose Parken im Wohngebiet.

Location was perfect a short 10 mins drive from calais ferry dock, shops and beach. The street was quiet and the apartment inside was beautiful, the host made entry to property instructions simple and easy. Clean and well equipped with everything you may need on a break away with the family, WiFi had good speed. The fridge was clean and we were even left with ice tea and bottle of water as arriving late that was appreciated. The hot water tap was HOT so everyone enjoyed a lovely shower on arrival, had a cute outside area with bench, left touring leaflets and enough colouring books to keep kids entertained.

Bookings didnt advise of the €350 holding fee to cover any damages which was annoying only got a message by accommodation 24 hours before by then its too late to have a free cancellation. There were no fans or air-conditioning for a hot day, the double bed was actually quite small more a large single bed the room is defo big enough. The coffee pot smelt like tobacco and didnt actually have coffee in it just tea bags which we didnt use due to the smell. Before checking out you are emailed a list of things that you have to do such as wash, dry and put away dishes, taking off the bedding, taking out the trash and overall leaving it as close to as when you entered and making sure you checkout no later then 11am so on the departure morning we woke up early just to get all the jobs done which slightly stressful especially trying to make sure you have everything packed and kids sorted and then pressure of checking oit on time.

Le lieu, la propreté, la décoration, la terrasse, la situation géographique. Proximité, accès à pied dans toute la ville et la plage.

1 seul torchon à vaisselle, pas de passoire ( 1 de l'essoreuse à salade), 1 seule grande casserole . Difficile quand on aime cuisiner. Éventuellement 1 ventilateur, surtout lorsque qu'il fait chaud comme la semaine que nous venons de passer avec la chambre située au sud. Renouveler les guides mis à disposition ( dépassés)
