Very nice apartment in quiet part of Mexico, Condesa, close to the metro station. Plenty of small restaurants are easily reachable by foot. Apartment was clean, comfortable. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we arrived early - it was very helpful. Recommended!

Stunning apartment, super safe, lovely and comfy.

Beautiful!!!! Super comfortable bed!!! It felt so safe and the neighborhood was stunning. I slept so good here. The bathroom is modern. It was clean.

No filtered water available and the shower only had hot water half of the time.

It’s quite cozy. The area is quiet and good neighborhood. Mattress is really comfortable.

Shower is not good. Only has hot water for 5-7 mins. Not enough hot water if you need to wash your hair and requires more than 7 mins showering. Only one pillow size and it’s too high for me to get comfortable at night.

Host sounded helpful, but in practice wasn’t really trying. We ended up solving most things ourselves, with very limited effort on their side. The digital entry codes are poor quality and often don’t work properly, which gets old fast. The only “luxury” is in the name. The flat is functional, but it feels more like a money machine than a home away from home. The apartment was cold, and the floor was cold too, which made it unpleasant to walk around barefoot. The shower sprays water outside, so the bathroom ends up wet. The bed was very soft and not comfortable for us.

Adore!

I stayed at this place for the second time. But this time, I selected an apartment with a street view, which was 1000 times better: more daylight, privacy and a lovely outside area to relax. It felt as if I was living in the city, not visiting. Plenty of excellent bars, restaurants, and shops, and a great walking distance to other locations. Also, it feels very safe if that is what you are asking yourself.

The entrance codes were bugging this time.

Heaven after staying in Centro !

The appt was light and airy with a nice view. Comfortable bed and very secure. The local area felt safe and nice to walk around. Great selection of local bars and restaurants. Also having filtered water available was a bonus.

I'm a light sleeper who likes the window open and there was a lot of traffic noise from a nearby main road. The kitchenette (for us) would have benefitted from a kettle and toaster. It would have been nice to have on site laundry facilities. There is a laundry on site but not for guest use. It may be worth considering making it available at specific times or offering service washes. I personally don't want to have to go to a laundromat whilst on holiday and equally staying in an appt would expect to be able to do laundry on site.

Stylish modern flat in a lovely area.

Very smart apartment. Comfy bed. Easy access via a key code. Quiet at night. Felt very safe and we walked everywhere from the apartment. Thiago downstairs does a bargain set lunch if you there when it’s open. Metro was easy to use and 3 min walk away.

There was a smell at certain time of the day probably related with water management We reserved for 3 people (2 adults and 1 8 year older) and when we got there the linings for the extra bed were not handy Fortunately, the administrator replied via WhatsApp and told us where to get it by the storage in the building

The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything I need. The open plan is very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It's also in a great location with a lot of great cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Great location, kitchen had what we needed and the bed was very comfy.

No information at check in about where to get water (theres a filtered water tap in the basement that I ended up finding). Also, would be great if there was more than one mirror in the apartment. Coffee provided didn't match the coffee maker, and there was only enough for one person to have one coffee, even though we stayed multiple days.

People could see directly from the reception to our bedroom. There were no blinds for the window, the property's solution was to "close the bedroom door", not ideal.

The bed was comfortable. Keyless.

They only provide you one set of towels. How the bathroom is situated, the towels don’t dry so you were using a soggy set by the end of the 4 days. There is no AC and no fan. So it got stuffy at night and uncomfortable.

Beautiful place! (Just no A/C so hot!)

Beautiful apartment, very spacious! Loved the shelving for clothes, the comfortable bed, and the space to spread out from the living room to the bedroom!

It was hot. No A/C so it was stuffy and hot inside. We knew there would be no A/C, but it didn't get as cool as I would have expected at night. Maybe it would have been better if we opened the windows, but also got bites overnight so I was nervous to keep the windows open. (It probably wouldn't have been a big deal if we were out all day during our stay, but we ended up spending time to rest in the afternoons away from the heat outside which was frustrating since it was so hot inside too!) The fans helped.

Good stay, building was noisier than expected

Location was good, further away from Amsterdam Ave and some of the main restaurants in Condesa but only 10-15 mins walk.

Stayed here to try be away from the noise associated with Condesa Restaurants, but still heard lots of highway noise and building noise from people moving around.

Well equipped and clean apartment in a great location. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe!

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. I loved having a kitchen to make breakfast and light meals. I was happy it had a blender for morning smoothies. Location was great within walking distance to many restaurants and beautiful parks.

I wish there would have been a few more garbage bags as the kitchen garbage filled up quick and I had no replacement bags. The staff brought some the next day along with an iron and ironing board that was also missing.

Nice location, well maintained building

The property is in a very good location near Metro Patriotismo. Tons of cafes, bars and convenience stores in a two block radius. The building itself is very new and well maintained. I would say that my apartment definitely reflected what you see in the photos. No issues with hot water here. There is a laundry mat in the basement of the building with two washers/dryers that you share with the rest of the building.

The support staff for this property is a bit lacking. There's a guy named Carlos and he does respond via Whatsapp but if you have a very urgent issue I am not sure how quickly someone would get to it. E.g. I had an issue with wifi when I first arrived (it wasn't working, no internet access) and I messaged both the property company and Carlos. Property company told me to check with Carlos. Carlos said he checked with billing and it should be on, but the real issue was a cable was disconnected (prior disgruntled guest?). If he had came to actually check, it would have been fixed in literally a minute. However he basically dropped off and I had to fix it myself. If someone wasn't as tech savvy, they might have been waiting quite awhile to have this issue resolved. The building is also a block away from a major street/throughway. It can be a bit loud in the mornings when trucks start to hit the streets. If you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. There is also no AC here which I didn't really need, but for those who really need AC, this isn't the building for you. The stove they have here is pretty much worthless. It's an electric stove that can do some light cooking like eggs for breakfast. I tried to make a pasta dish and it literally took like 20 minutes for just the water to boil. Even making instant ramen was a struggle as the water would lose temperature and fail to return to boil quickly enough. It's a combination of the stove being too small and too weak. Do not try to attempt any serious cooking here. The laundry mat only had certain hours open ("closed" past 8 pm) but I ignored it as I really needed to dry my clothing and there was someone else using the only working dryer.

La ubicación es excelente, el.self check in muy conveniente.

Antes tenían servicio de lavandería y ahora ya no. Solo nos quedamos 5 días y las lavanderías alrededor tardan a veces hasta una semana en darte tu ropa limpia, así que esa fue una desilusión.

Tolles Apartment in einer sehr guten Lage. Ruhig, sicher und trotzdem nah am Geschehen. Es war super eingerichtet, super gemütliches Bett und sogar ein kleiner Balkon. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Bei Anfragen wurde uns direkt geholfen.

Cómodo, pero muy frías las instalaciones ya que no da el sol.

No funciona bien el control de la TV y se reportó y no hicieron nada por apoyar ñ, por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar de películas en familia. Nos cambiaron de habitación que seleccionamos desde el inicio. No apoyaron en el tiempo de check out aun que el edifico no tenía electricidad para bañarse, higiene personal, arreglo de equipajes etc.
