Tootgarook Beach House by Ready Set Stay - LINEN PROVIDED, BYO TOWELS

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The size of the property was incredible—plenty of space to relax and feel completely comfortable. One of the highlights was the easy access to the beach. Even though there’s a busy road nearby, the pedestrian lights made crossing safe and stress-free, which we really appreciated. It was also the best-stocked place we’ve stayed in—there were plenty of plates, utensils, and even useful pantry items, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Kind staff, good location for work purposes as the World Trade Center is in the walking distance.

Breakfast is quite poor

The stuff was very nice and sweet. On my last evening I asked for a late check-out, and it was a question of a few seconds. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect for my purposes: a few minutes by taxi from the Airport and within a walking distance from a metro station

1. The cleanness: they only clean the floor around the bed but not under it, there was plenty of dust in corners, which was not really pleasant. 2. The breakfast: the omlet was rubbery, slices of cheese - not fresh and sad. A coffee - both from the machine and the brewed one - one of the worst in my life. Don't drink it if you are a real coffee lover. Normally I don't eat in hotels, and Marriott's experience only confirmed my rightness.
