Great staff, lovely rooms & beautiful pool area

The swimming pool is really nice, the room was really spacious and full of natural light.
The room had a bad odor coming from the drainage system. The toilet was covered in limescale, which could easily be removed with proper cleaning products, but it gave the bathroom a poorly maintained feeling. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. We informed the staff, but nobody came to check or fix the issue during our stay.
The receptionists were also constantly trying to sell extra services, which became a bit tiring after a while.

Beautiful, modern and almost luxurious property. The room was clean, had good AC, a small balcony with a great view. The pool area is really aesthetic and nice to relax. The location is great, far from the noise of the touristic areas but still close to the old town. For this money, hard to imagine something better. Also, the receptionist helped us rent a motorbike and gave some really nice tips for other activities.
The breakfast was very small and not the best quality. The hotel doesn't accept credit cards, only cash.

Cash was demanded for the total stay room had no wifi lost a day while they figured it out, new room, large, all glass faced the street, impossible to sleep. no safe
