    Our family of five (aged 14, 21, 21, 49, and 55) recently stayed at Hoi An Hideaway Villa for our second time. We fell in love with this beautiful property back in 2019 (pre-COVID), and it was just as magical when we returned this June-July (2026). Everything about the villa is perfect for families. We adored the large swimming pool nestled in the peaceful, lush garden, the incredibly spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds (the family rooms also have fantastic, large bathrooms complete with bathtubs!), and waking up to the delicious, fresh, cooked-to-order breakfasts every morning. The property is in an excellent location, and has only a small number of rooms, allowing us to enjoy the quiet local vibe of the area, all the while being just a five-minute walk (or ride on the free to use bicycles) over the bridge into Hoi An Old Town. The staff's local knowledge is unmatched, and they also are a massive help with any advice or tour, flight, train, and car bookings. However, it was their exceptional kindness that truly stole our hearts. During this trip, we unexpectedly had to extend our stay due to some unforeseen, essential medical treatment. Being so far from home (Australia), we were initially quite fearful about the medical procedures and the subsequent healing time. The entire family who runs the hotel—Hà, Tiến, An, Bảo, and their dedicated cleaner Liên—stepped in and supported us, family to family. They helped us navigate our extended stay and made us feel safe, cared for, and completely at ease during a very stressful time. We cannot thank them enough for their warmth and hospitality, we plan to return to Hoi An Hideaway Villa every time we visit the area, and we very highly recommend it to everyone!

    We book for 2 night, and the location ia perfect, We can walk to hoi an memories land, and walk to hoi an old town, Near some nice and cheap restaurant. The owner is kind, and the cat is cute, but the breakfast is superb.

    It is pretty clean. 10 mins walk to old town but passing the bridge is a bit scary with kids , pedestrian walk is extremely narrow. I will prefer to stay on other island on river next time. Stuff for reception is not really in mood but cleaning ladies and cooks are very nice. Pool is not very clean , it should be clean more often. Last 2 days pool was greenish. And lots of mosquitos, bring your own mosquito spray or coil.
