I loved the location on a private historical estate. There were acres of wooded grounds with fascinating old buildings to explore. The enclosed garden and woodland walks were great for my dog. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is close to Bambrugh Castle and Lindisfarne.
My elderly mother was a bit cold.

Comfortable welcoming home from home beds are great quality and just so much space. Doggie loved the garden.
If I had to really find one criticism it would be the frying pan really need a new one.

Lake Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped in every way. There is a beautiful open outlook and ample parking at the property. The cottage feels very welcoming for guests with lovely seating options indoors and outside. Bathroom facilities are excellent. The hosts were in touch and responsive to enquiries.
Can't think of anything!
