Situated in the charming village of Belford, this idyllic holiday home offers access to excellent local amenities including shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants, pubs, and a golf course. Just a 10-minute drive away lies iconic Bamburgh Castle with its beautiful beach and superb village offerings. The Scottish borders, Alnwick Castle, and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne are all within easy reach by car. To the south, Seahouses provides boat trips to the wonderful Farne Islands where you can experience amazing wildlife and sandy beaches. Perfect for cycling, walking, and golfing enthusiasts, this getaway accommodation is under 20 minutes from the Cheviot Hills and Northumberland National Park.
The ground floor features a cosy lounge with an 'L' shaped sofa, coffee table, TV/DVD, iPod dock, and a feature fireplace with a warming wood burner effect electric fire. Double doors lead into the dining room, which seats up to six, and can be left open to create an open-plan feel. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and microwave, with beautiful French windows opening to the enclosed garden, perfect for holiday accommodation. A utility room houses a washing machine and provides additional garden access. The ground floor also contains a shower room with a double-headed shower and WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms – two doubles and one twin – alongside a bathroom with bath and WC. Games are available for family entertainment.
The enclosed rear garden features fencing and a garden table that seats six, providing a perfect spot for an evening meal or drink. Two bikes can be stored in the utility room for cycling enthusiasts. Unallocated on-street parking is available for one car directly in front of the property.
