The Lake Cottage consists of an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood burning stove, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV and dining seating for four people. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite, a double and a twin along with a bathroom. Outside, you have off-road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage, enclosed lawned garden with Wendy House, swing, slide and sand pit, and a shared surrounding lawned area with patio, furniture, barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. In 2 miles you will find a shop, and in 1.9 miles a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Lake Cottage is an exceptional choice for your stay in Northumberland. Note: There is an unfenced lake near the property. Note: Fishing available on lake, please bring own rods and licence available from local Post Office. Note: This property only accepts holidays that start on a Monday or a Friday. The opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from nearby Seahouses, is not to be missed. Alternatively check the tide times and cross to Holy Island to visit the historic Lindisfarne Priory.
