The house was lovely and location good

Lovely period property, well furnished and clean. No parking but free public parking was easy to find. Convenient local small supermarket and pharmacy near by provided the facilities we needed. Great bus service through the village.

The sofas were a bit uncomfortable for us.

Location was excellent being close to the A1. A number of pubs in the village along with a Co-Op and other small shops. Property itself was very spacious and had everything needed and beds were very comfy.

Heating system seemed temperamental...the thermostat would be off, but the radiators would still pump out heat. We just opened the windows, but some additional instructions might be helpful.
