Great location and free parking
Needs a little TLC- only one of all the windows in the unit could be opened (fire hazard?), the electronic door lock didn’t work consistently, and there was no fan on the 2nd bedroom with no windows it was very stuffy- had to have the aircon on on the kitchen and door open to sleep.

The code did not always work. Sometime door did not close easily. Our daughter could use better than older parents. View was great. Very quiet. a pleasant place to stay. Would gladly book again. Suited our needs and close to family and easy to get to where we needed to go.
No bed light for reading in bed. Shower over bath was awkward for older people, however no problems although my husband has bad knee. Power points behind lounge suite not easy to find.

The location was amazing, with lovely views over the water from the balcony.
The place needs a good clean. The windows are filthy, the fridge door and kitchen cupboards were grubby, there were even dirty socks on the balcony, and the bath/shower looks terrible with staining.
The bath/shower is quite high and you really need to be sure footed and careful not to fall. The shower head is way too low so our group of tall people really struggled. The shower also drips constantly. This was reported but nothing was done about it.
The windows are very heavy and hard to open. Once open, they don't stay up so you could easily lose a finger! This doesn't allow any sea breeze on the warm nights.
There was only 1 bedside lamp between the 2 rooms, and the 2nd room had no fan so they needed to keep the door open because it was so hot.
We were quite disappointed considering this was the most we paid for any of our accommodation during our trip. Definitely not value for money.
I feel this may be the difference between a property managed holiday let vs a private Air BNB (even though it is also listed on Air BNB).
Such a shame as it looks like it was once a really nice property.
