Noise between rooms e.g hearing other doors open and close, loud tvs, people speaking in the hallway, etc. The outdoor blind was broken, and a larger drying rack for towels and bathers would have been handy, the couch seats kept sliding out too.

The location was excellent Close to the beach ,parks transport and restaurants and shops

Spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. Fantastic location, right on the beach with a balcony and beach views. Walking distance to superb restaurants and Jetty Rd.

Great location right in the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet, clean and modern room.

Need to be a private investigator to find the keys so the check in process is not easy. Also we arrived on a 40 degree day only to find the air-conditioning wasn’t working, and despite repeated phone calls and text messages to the property manager they didn’t get it working throughout our stay (I must say the concierge Rachel did the best she could to help out). There were also lights and an exhaust fan that weren’t working. Considering we paid over $550 per night we were left feeling it was extremely poor value for money.
