Good position in Glenelg
Potential was good, but not realised
At no point did they advise that the property was on the first floor and the stairs were difficult with cases.
Cleaner did not help with cases, even though she was young and fit and we were not
Basic maintenance was not carried out, Bedroom window rattled all night and was secured by a small screw, urgently needed fixing
Neighbour clearly objected to flat being used as a let, very unfriendly
