Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Firmin en charge du chek in check out. Tout au long du séjour, il s'est rendu disponible et très réactif quand nous en avions besoin. L'appartement est bien situé, propre, dans une résidence calme. Le parking ouvert gratuit dans la résidence et le petit balcon sont un vrai plus. Globalement bien équipé, draps et serviettes propres, décoration agréable.
La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas , et impossibilité de baisser les stores extérieurs. Literie non protégée et donc matelas tâchés antérieurement (constat en retirant les draps à notre départ)

Gute Lage der Ferienwohnung, ca. 10min. vom Strand entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche und insgesamt schöne, gemütliche Einrichtung der Wohnung.
Leider hat die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert (war wohl kürzlich kaputt gegangen), sodass wir in einen Waschsalon gehen mussten. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer (Esstisch und Stühle) sind ziemlich wackelig. Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

De locatie was op 10 minuten van het strand du Prado en restaurants. Ook dichtbij het Skatepark. Heeft een veilige parking aan het gebouw. Gezellig ingericht apartement. Vriendelijke host.
Spijtig was er geen airco aanwezig en met de warme temperaturen is dat toch wel een aanrader. Het appartement bevindt zich op het derde verdiep bovenaan en we kregen het niet afgekoeld. De wasmachine was buiten gebruik.
