About this apartment rental
110-square-meter apartment on the 4th floor featuring a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The kitchen and one of the two bedrooms also offer a view of the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a stovetop, a microwave, a range hood, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, all necessary utensils, and a summer-winter ceiling fan with a light fixture.
A pantry/laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen.
The loggia is decorated with plants and features lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sun with a direct view of the sea.
The guest bathroom is separate from the shower room.
The apartment is decorated with photos of Marseille—from the beach to the Calanques and the Old Port—that are sure to inspire you.
The two bedrooms are decorated differently: the “Sunset” bedroom features shades of greige, pink, and twilight. The “Sea” bedroom is decorated in shades of blue and offers a view of the sea and the mountains.
The apartment features plenty of built-in storage and closets: in the entryway, the hallway, and the bedrooms.
A mattress on the floor can be added for a seventh person if needed.
To keep the apartment cool, we’ve opted for a more eco-friendly solution than an air conditioner, with fans in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as a ceiling fan in the kitchen.

This apartment is in a great location by the water, and Paris Summer Olympics, Sailing site. Lots of restaurants and shopping, near-by.If you are in the area, like the beach, or are there to sail, this is the place to stay!

Le principal atout de cet appartement est la magnifique vue et l’emplacement tout prêt de la corniche.
Il est également très spacieux, silencieux et fonctionnel.
L’appart est un peu vieillissant et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Lave-vaisselle à changer.
Sinon très bon séjour. Le parking, un gros plus aussi.
