Privacy and friendly hosts, All amenities were provided as well as as complimentary champagne and coffee pods which was a nice touch

Very comfortable and clean. Good size bathroom with good shower. Nice touch to leave bottle of champagne. Friendly and helpful owners. Bed was comfortable. Good location for visiting south mornington peninsular.
WiFi was very unstable and kept dropping out. For a long stay it needs a little more storage space.

It was close to Rosebud and close to where we wanted to go. Premises were comfortable.
The short term rental agreement The $500 bond that I am now awaiting to be released The lack of a stove although one is listed in the amenities instead there is an electric frypan and airfryer. We are told there is a Lavazza coffee machine instead it's an Aldi machine that only accepts coffee capsules from Aldi. Requiring photo ID before booking plus must provide in-depth reasons for why you are wanting to book the premises. No visitors are allowed
