"Devon" an historic Rosebud beachside getaway on the Mornington Peninsula. With original pressed metal walls, lead light windows, pine lined ceilings and aged Baltic pine floor boards.
The renovated Kitchen and Bathroom are cozy in size & basic in function.
5 minute safe walk via traffic lights to the beach foreshore.
Leave the car at home as the nearest cafes, bars and restaurants are all genuine walking distance.
There are a couple of steps to navigate inside.
The house is not toddler child baby proofed.
