Air conditioning was brilliant (temp regularly35+ outside) and a lot of space

Clothesline wire was random lengths of rope, carpet was well worn, kitchen sink tap well beyond working life and chairs at kitchen table ripped and torn (belong in the tip). Could do with a really deep clean too.
