Nestled on Victoria’s stunning Mornington Peninsula, this beachside retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation & convenience in the heart of Rosebud. Ideal for families, it’s part of a boutique complex with shared BBQ areas & a children's playground. The home is bathed in natural light, boasting open-plan living and dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, an internal laundry, & a private courtyard. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite, while the kids' room is a fun haven with bunk beds.
Please note that there is currently construction taking place at the neighbouring property, which is expected to continue into late 2026. This may result in occasional noise during daytime hours.

The two thoughtfully designed bedrooms are perfect for restful nights. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom, with its bunk bed and trundle, is a fun space for the kids to unwind after a day of adventure. A family-friendly bathroom offers a combination shower and small tub—perfect for rinsing off the sand after a beach day—and you'll appreciate the convenience of a washing machine for those longer stays.
Free on-site parking is included, but with the beach, cafes, restaurants, and boutiques all within walking distance, you might not need your car at all.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. You'll have access to a communal outdoor BBQ area and playground. Please make yourself at home!

Start the day with coffee and baked goods from Store 360 in next door Rye, pick your own strawberries at Sunny Ridge Farm and brunch at local favourite Merchant & Maker.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Onsite parties & group events are strictly prohibited. These include and are not limited to hens, bucks, schoolies & large gatherings.

The property is in a great location directly opposite the beach, in a quiet block of units. The until itself could do with some general maintenance and some extra kitchen equipment.
