Excellente étape, en particuler pour les cyclistes

Il s'agit d'un appartement très commode et bien équipé. J'ai été accueilli alors que j'étais largement en avance sur l'horaire annoncé. J'ai pu, comme prévu, abriter mon vélo, pour la nuit. L'endroit est calme proche du centre ville de la rive gauche mais plus éloigné du centre historique de Châtellerault.

L'accès sécurisé La mise à disposition de café Sympathie, réactivité et disponibilité de l'hôte

Le logement est assez désuet. Le matelas du lit 2 places se fait vieux et fait la cuvette. La porte de la salle de bain ne convient pas du tout et ne permet pas une intimité totale. Les serviettes sont petites et les évacuations baignoire et WC à revoir... Un prix à 60€ la nuit serait plus justifié.

Un bruit plomberie, le circuit d'eau chaude peut être, s'est fait entendre toute la nuit, c'est dommage.
