Piękna lokalizacja ! W samym centrum miasta. Największym atutem tego miejsca był taras!

Mieszkanie ma potencjał byc naprawdę fajnym miejscem, jest przestronne, ma bardzo duży  balkon (co jest ogromnym atutem) i super lokalizację -blisko głównych atrakcji. Jednak samo mieszkanie wymaga gruntowego odświeżenia - nie jest zbyt czysto,  w łazience jest sporo wilgoci, a odpływ z prysznica jest zapchany włosami.

Very good location, close to the heart of Catania, and helpful owner.

It is an one bedroom apartment, the another bed is in a hall what is not separated from the kitchen/dining room, if you sleep here, you do not have any privacy. It has only 1 small and old A/C in the bedroom, what makes cold temperature only in the room. In other parts of the apartment is realy hot temperature (was in September), can not stay in there during the day and can not sleep at night. We tried to do colder, kept open the door of the bedroom and left the A/C working, while we went to the city for a walk. But the owner came into the apartment and turned of the A/C. Twice. He told us, he did not, but we think he did, and it was a bad experience, hurted our privacy.
