Spacious apartment, but basic some facilities are lacking
Spacious apartment, comfortable bathroom, good wellness facilities, parking garage below the building.
There was a lot of noise from the street and other apartments. The solution for the street noise was to close the bedroom windows in the nights, but this made the temperature go up and sleeping without fresh air is not ideal. Some basic facilities were missing (no towels for hands, no toilet paper, no trash bags, empty soap dispensers). We stayed a week and received 1 shower towel per guest. There is an option to get new towels during the week, but you need to pay extra for it. When paying such a large sum of money to stay in the apartment for one week, you don't expect to pay extra for this. Some things were broken: the dishwasher tray has a broken wheel and it was not funtioning properly. We had to wash dishes by hand when they came out of the dishwasher. We noticed this was already mentioned in the reviews 2 years ago but it was not resolved. Lights in the kitchen and in the extraction hood are broken. The fire alarm went off one time in the complete building, and according to other reviews this happens more often. In the beginning of the week we mentioned the shortcomings to the host, but we did not get a reply on this. The conclusion: this apartment has a lot of potential, but needs some love... If basic facilities would be better, the stay would be more comfortable, but with current conditions the apartment is overpriced in our opinion.

Prachtig, ruim appartement.
Geen communicatie bij het afgaan van het brandalarm in het complex. We moesten zelf op onderzoek uitgaan wat er aan de hand was. Gelukkig was het vals alarm. Er waren geen koekenpannen in het appartement.
