Die Lage und Aussicht waren sehr gut.
Das Fitnessstudio war sehr gut.
Wir hatten für 5 Personen gebucht, aber für das Schlafsofa fehlte jegliche Ausstattung. Wir mussten uns selber alles zusammen suchen und behelfsmäßig organisieren.
Leider gab es auch nur 4 Stühle am Esstisch und wir mussten Stühle von außen für die 5 Person nehmen.
Die Betten waren sehr weich und reagierten auf jede Bewegung.

I booked Snuggle Inn on the same day as check-in. The host was extremely responsive to our requests at short notice, including setting up the second bedroom as twin beds, organising parking on the same day, and accommodating a late check-out. Once we were inside, the apartment was everything you see in the pictures: clean, modern, and well-presented with two bathrooms, two balconies, and a gym downstairs. It was also the hottest week of June in UK history, and the host provided two fans and instructions to keep the apartment as cool as possible. A great stay and suited our needs. We also watched the World Cup at the Dial Arch Pub, a nice spot.
The cleaner had left the key in the property, so it took a little longer to check-in and the heat...but none of these were the host's fault.

We spent three nights at this property. On the positive side, the apartment was clean, tidy, and offered nice partial views of the river from its two balconies. The host kindly stocked items like coffee, tea bags, facial wash, shampoo, conditioner, and an iron/ironing board.
There was only one pillow provided per person, which led to uncomfortable nights. The twin room beds were noticeably smaller than standard single beds, seemingly created by splitting a queen bed. Only 2 toilet rolls provided for group of 6 people and 1 towel per person, No laundry detergent was supplied. When I messaged the host, I was told short stays of 3 nights do not qualify for detergent. It would be a much better experience if guests were provided with at least enough for a single load of laundry.
It's a nice apartment, but better quality beds and more consistent host policies would go a long way.
