Very clean, well equipped apartment. Loved the split level with living room and dining downstairs. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms with one ensuite. Great location with very good transport links and plenty of amenities close by from a well established high street with shops, bars and restaurants.
Secure coded access to apartment easy to follow and easy check out process. Busy building but not noisy from residents. Good communication with the company pre, during and post stay. Would stay again.
I did find the provision of ID details quite intrusive and party were not comfortable with level of information asked for. Rubber bath mat needed for main bathroom as the bath was extremely slippery, caution needed. Bedroom opposite main bathroom would benefit from a new mattress.

Very spacious and modern apartment , good location and good value for money. Staff are very helpful.
The property wasn’t very clean. Had a bit of a musky smell. The bed sheets and towels were clean.

It was quiet and private, also, the bathroom and the beds were clean. Nice area., with a few good places for breakfast nearby.
The process of checking-in required all visitors to upload government issued ID and a selfie via a check-in portal. This I felt was gross invasion of our privacy, and I have personal concerns over the security of our data and what happens with it?
They have your credit card as security and access to your booking details, so why the privacy overreach?
Desperately in need of maintenance, everything was somehow broken or tarnished. Foot and handprints on the ceilings for some reason and a hole in a wall (see pictures)
No plugs for the bathroom sink or bath, the shower head did not detach and there wasn’t enough water pressure to compensate for this.
Just one in-bathroom toilet for potentially 4 people wasn’t enough for us
Wasn’t on or near the underground, we ended up getting taxis for £12 each way from North Greenwich
