Stylish 2-Bed, Canada Water, Canary Wharf 1 Stop, Families Welcome

This property is very well located in a family-friendly neighbourhood. Surrey Quays Overground station is barely a 9-minute walk away, while Canada Water Underground station is about 15 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of grocery shops nearby, including Tesco, Lidl, and several other options, which made shopping very convenient. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. We are a family of four (mum, dad, our 15-year-old daughter, and our 11-year-old son), and we genuinely felt at home throughout our stay. The rooms are well laid out and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable four-week stay. One thoughtful touch was the complimentary cleaning about a week into our stay, which we really appreciated. It is the kind of gesture that makes you feel well looked after. Speaking of being looked after, Alexis is an exceptional host. She checked in to make sure we had arrived safely, asked when it would be convenient for the apartment to be cleaned, and even arranged for some minor maintenance after the cleaner identified a few issues. What impressed me most happened after we had checked out. I realised that I had left my MacBook charger behind. As soon as I contacted Alexis, she immediately swung into action. She personally drove to the apartment to retrieve the charger and then posted it to the address I provided, all at no cost to me. That level of kindness and customer care is rare. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife was especially happy with the apartment, and our children had a wonderful four-week holiday. I am sure they will all have very fond memories of both the place and the kindness of our host. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

If I were to suggest a couple of minor improvements, I think that parts of the interior could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, as there are a few visible scuff and stain marks. The smoke extractor in the living area could also perhaps be upgraded, as it can become a little noisy at times. That said, these are only minor observations and did not detract from our stay in any way. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Good place and the description to find it and get the key was fool proof so everything went perfectly. We needed a new place to stay so we booked it last minute and were very pleased.

Need dishwashing detergent, more toilet paper & paper towels. More bathroom towels. Washing machine detergent. Instruction about garbage disposal.

Location perfect for our needs.

Hob was not working on 2 plates and microwave sat a an inch on the hob- 4 forks Mattresses very soft if that’s what one likes then that’s fine. Stairwell needs attention
