The apartment is really nice, spacious and comfortable for a family
Although not in a central location, the underground station is very close.
Allowed late check out when we asked to keep the laugage
the kitchen is very minimally equipped, with too few dishes and utensils. There was also very little assistance from the hosts. For example, we were told that more toilet paper would be provided, but nobody ever came to deliver it. They tried to help remotely with what they could but there's nobody physically there to support.
The check-in process was quite inconvenient, as the key pick-up location was far from the apartment and we came with children and laugage.
