Guests will be sent a code that can be used to access the property on the check-in date at the agreed check-in time. We are happy to offer all our guests an early check-in/late check out option (subject to availability) for a small additional one-off fee of £50. To confirm whether your request can be accommodated, please inform us at least 24hrs before the agreed check-in/out time

- Late Check-Out Charge: £50 for every 30mins lapsed after agreed check out time

There is free on street parking outside the property, which is reserved for all residents on a first-come-first serve basis. There is also a limited number of free public parking spaces available on Oriental Road. Once these parking spots are fully occupied, we usually signpost our guests to utilise alternative free/paid parking spots nearby. PLACIFY will not be liable for any penalty charge notices (PCNs), fines or traffic contraventions issued by the local council

⛔️ HOUSE RULES
PLACIFY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a ‘home away from home’. Therefore, we expect guest to treat this place with the same etiquettes. For this reason, we have compiled a few pointers that we would politely ask guests to note before their arrival and practice throughout their stay:

- ❌ No Parties, Gatherings or Extra Guest (excl. those on the original booking)
- ❌ No Excessive Noise
- ❌ No Commercial Photography/Filming
- ❌ No Illicit Businesses
- 🤫 Quiet Hours: 10PM - 9AM.

PLACIFY operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for any rules breached. Following our 'first/last reminder', PLACIFY will take legal action for an immediate security eviction, forfeit of security deposit and impose a £200 security/police callout surcharge
