The high quality of the lodging and the grounds along with the music (soothing and sensual), the lighting and the intimacy with there being just 7 rooms. The guests were very social and a joy talk to.

Very well landscaped and clean outside, set up of outside furniture and beautiful pool and hot tub. Super friendly cat.
Only one other guest at complex during our stay so basically had entire place and pool to ourselves. Close to Wilton Manors area but must drive so plan on paying for parking in area to go to bars and dinner.
Confusing at check in as never received text or information to access gate code and room prior to arrival. Waiting outside of complex for an hour after long journey and busy day and hot and no one would answer phone. Finally heard back with our calling to booking.com and eventually owners apologized due to issue with booking.com. Suggest to book directly with them instead of booking.com.
Sugar ants in room so unable to leave anything out, fridge and microwave worked to keep food from being ruined. Advised manager who does not stay on property overnight the next morning but not sure he did anything but we were there for 3 nights.
Neighborhood is not best area but up and coming, as you can tell by improvements in the area but would not walk in neighborhood yet. Drive everywhere is recommended.
