Large, clean rooms. Nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Las Olas Blvd and Riverwalk. Not far from airport.

Too many negatives and only a couple of positives. I would not recommend this property and I wouldn't recommend Fort Lauderdale,either. There are better locations in Florida. My stay was a disappointment from the beginning, from my poor checkin experience. Even the coffee was bad and towels taken, but not replaced. The room didn't really get housekeeping on the 1st day. It was about 5:40 pm and I hear this banging/ barging at my door. Thankfully I had the lock on. I looked through the peep hole and it was housekeeping. She didn't announce herself and so it was a bit unsettling. At that time of the evening, I just told her she could take the trash and not worry about anything else. Then she started taking stuff that wasn't trash (just things like napkins which I was going to use) and they were not in or near the trash. I told her if they were trash, I would have placed them in the trash. I was not impressed, but my overall experience was one of not being impressed. Stay somewhere else.
