The staff was very helpful, kind and welcoming.
There were some issues with the AC. However, the staff was very accommodating and quick to get the issue handled.

I was impressed with Shontell at the front desk. She was very helpful at check in.
The room was comfortable and quiet.
It took a very long time for the hot water in the shower in the morning.

The room was clean.
The location was not the best. There was a serious lack of parking. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The room temperature was hard to regulate. We were either freezing or burning up. No in between.
