Comfortable bed! Good use of space to allow lay out of suitcases. Exceptional value for a fresh clean space in a central location to lay one’s head. Love that it’s pet friendly.

I can’t complain for the price point, but one useful improvement would be to have trolleys with swivel wheels to allow for quicker transport of bags to and fro.

Pillows were not the best.

I enjoyed the location and the value. The complimentary breakfast is a huge asset as well as the pool area. The staff were all friendly and professional with the exception of just one. Unfortunately, she just seemed as though she did not want to be there.

The woman who is the cook and food runner for the pool bar seems disinterested and bothered to be there. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was uneatable. Extremely dry and had a hair in it. When another cook was on duty, I ordered the same sandwich twice because it was so good. I also ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread and asked for plain chicken without the buffalo sauce. I’m allergic. The flatbread came with buffalo sauce because she believes it wouldn’t be good without. Such a shame. The rest of the team are fantastic.

The room was clean.

The location was not the best. There was a serious lack of parking. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The room temperature was hard to regulate. We were either freezing or burning up. No in between.
