Flow Hotel Fort Lauderdale

The hotel was definitely a vibe! We were able to get into our room before the scheduled check-in time, which was great since we had an early flight into FLL. We really appreciated being able to settle in earlier than expected.

On our last day, there was a power outage, and the hotel quickly became very hot. Around 9:00 a.m., we received a knock on our door telling us that it was time to check out. We found this a little strange since the hotel’s check-out time was 11:00 a.m. When we spoke with the gentleman at the front desk, he apologized for the power outage and the uncomfortable heat. He explained that this was not something that normally happened and said he would look into providing us with some type of compensation, especially since we needed another place to stay after returning from our cruise. Unfortunately, we have not heard from anyone at the hotel since then regarding the compensation. Aside from this experience on our last day, we absolutely loved everything else about the hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. We just wish there had been some follow-up regarding what we were told at the front desk.

No housekeeping visit

I loved the parking! The establishment within itself. But the door that leads to rooms was too loud. You can literally hear it slam every-time someone goes through it. The room is not soundproof like it say it is. Especially the front door. I feel like it’s so shallow you can hear everyone and everything in the hallway. There was no tvs in the bedrooms only the lounging area. I personally feel for the pricing tvs need to be in the bedrooms as well. Cause people do like to lay in bed and watch tv. The closet area to keep your clothes is way too loud. It slams way too loud. You can’t get onto the balcony from the bedrooms only the main room. Which I feel should also be in the bedrooms. Maybe there should be pet rules. Because there was a dog on my floor that was barking for hours. Extremely annoying! And on top of that I feel like ppl who get the harbor river view should be let know that there is railroad track there. Where you will hear numerous ppl passing by and frequent numerous trains that pass by. Also make your tvs more easier to get behind for those who are gamers and have to plug up their HDMI cord because it was a struggle for me. Due to the fact that the tv was so closely mounted to the wall. But my overall score is a 6.5. This place has potential but there is always room for growth. One more thing ! I think the hotel should add the parking to be included in the stay. Instead of paying separately. Also when you stay overnight or more than one night the parking can be pricey!
