I got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes it was terrible and we left before staying at all

Stayed in Antwerp many times and you pay for what you get. When it got dark there was an infestation of black bugs that came from under the flooring. Other reviews state cockroaches but unsure what they were. The light in bedroom was off when I went in my clothes in suitcase had loads running around. We stayed one night and paid for another accommodation for the other 3 nights. See pic

Disappointing Stay –Misleading pictures

It was a big space... that's it

This property fell far short of expectations. The entire building is outdated and in need of repairs and cleaning. Noise from neighbors and the surrounding area was an issue, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the elevator was problematic—it didn’t even stop at the 3rd floor, which was inconvenient. The apartment itself was not as clean as it should have been and clearly requires renovation. To be fair , it wasn't a dirty apartment either, but you could see cigarette butts in the balcony for example. The photos on the listing were misleading, presenting the space in a much better state than reality. Overall, the booking felt poorly managed and far from the polished experience promised.

Niet aan te raden! Ben echt sprakeloos! Het is dat we het als vrienden gezellig hadden maar echt nogmaals een dikke NEE!

De ruimte en de slaapkamers ruimtes

Alles was te smerig voor woorden! En te erg voor woorden dat ze zo de vreselijke smerige fornuis kunnen laten voor wat het is!!! Te erg gewoon! Smerige bruine vlekken wat echt gewoon niet kan! De vreselijke vet stof vlekken op de koelkast, de vloer wat vreselijk vies lelijk en goor was! Idd wat de anderen zeggen… mensen gooien gewoon hun sigaretten naar beneden! Echt al met al vreselijk!

De bewoner van het appartement was aardig

Het is totaal niet zoals op de foto's die zijn gemaakt mer AI denk ik. Voordeur en buitendeur en wc deur konden niet dicht, vloer en plafonds kapot, bedden en bank vies. Niet schoon niet opgeruimd lampen werken niet. Je zit tussen de bewoners in. Meubels stuk Niet gebleven maar midden in de nacht naar huis gereden kind durfde er ook niet te slapen.

De sleutels konden op een andere locatie opgehaald worden.

Het gebouw was onverzorgd, er hing een urinegeur en er lag overal vuilnis in de gang. Andere bewoners/huurders in het gebouw maakte lawaai tot 4u ‘s ochtends. Ik had betaald voor een appartement met 2 slaapkamer en kreeg een appartement met 3 slaapkamers. Weinig comfort en luxe, vuil en beschimmeld bestek. Ik raad deze accomodatie NIET aan en zou ook nooit meer willen terugkeren.

Niet hygiënisch, veel was en afval voor de deur van het appartement, toilet was kapot( kon niet doortrekken)

Vies appartement dat ik aan niemand aan zou raden.

Sleutel moet opgehaald worden; dit werd niet aangegeven in de beschrijving. Het appartement was erg vies. Bij aankomst plakte de vloer, lag de doucheknop eraf, stond er een gaspitje aan en lag er een verkoold broodje in de oven. Bij een van de bedden was er een snoepje vastgeplakt aan het bed en later troffen we ook kakkerlakken aan. Gelukkig waren we er maar voor 1 kort nachtje. Ik kan het appartement aan niemand aanraden.

Slechtste verblijf ooit

Vieze kamers, vieze banken , hele slechte buurt. Iedereen voel de zich onveilig. Lift blijft steeds hangen waarbij we 1 keer 30 minuten in de lift hebben vastgezeten. En het aller ergste is de 28 kakkerlakken die in de woning te tellen waren (zie foto’s als bewijs)

Prima slapen na een uitgaansnacht.

Groot, prima bedden voor een nachtje.

Ik had het van te voren gelezen maar de hal beneden en de portiek stinken naar echt verschrikkelijk naar urine en rook. Lijkt me vrij eenvoudig te verhelpen aangezien vrijwel het hele pand van dezelfde verhuurder is. De ‘hor’ naar het balkon moet vervangen.
