This property is a beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom oceanfront stunner. Sixth floor views with private balconies off both bedrooms for the utmost privacy. You have two master bedrooms, both with updated en suite bathrooms. New mattresses on the beds and hurricane shutters to give you a fantastic night's sleep. You have every convenience at your fingertips, which will make this a most comfortable stay. One bedroom is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom houses a queen bed.
The living area sofa also converts to a full-size bed, which will allow for 2 more guests to sleep. Wi-Fi throughout, with TVs in both bedrooms and the living area.
The kitchen comes well equipped for you to cook a meal or heat up leftovers from one of our many fantastic local restaurants. There are also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. You will dine while looking out at the white sandy beaches and blue waters of Amelia Island,
Centrally located, you are close to many well know restaurants, and Harris Teeter Grocery store for your essentials. Located in the favorite B building, this property has the oceanfront views you want, while being just steps from the pool and the sand. This complex is gated for safety, and close to area golf courses.
Winter months there is a discounted monthly rate offered so you can stay for 30 days or more. Come enjoy all that Amelia Island has to offer!

Great area. Perfect for lazy days on the beach. The condo was even better than the pictures! Ocean views from the living area along with 2 balconies. All were stunning. Local turtles were a fan favorite. Historic downtown and Fort Clinch need to be on everyones list of things to do. Food was great everywhere we went. We loved Timoti's and The Happy Tomato. The information notebook offered local maps and restaurant recommendations that were very helpful. You will not go wrong renting this beautiful condo.

This condo was perfect for a quick end of the week/weekend beach trip. The condo was well furnished and very clean. There was easy access to the beach and pool. My family and I have stayed on Amelia Island in many different places, and this condo has instantly become our favorite.
