Seaside Serenity is a third-floor retreat with ocean views that hold your attention rather than beg for it. Spend evenings dining outside under the stars, or head down to the pool and let the scenery do the talking. Just next door sits the Amelia Island Ritz-Carlton, and the nearby streets are lined with Spanish oak trees that give the area a quiet, storybook character. Guests here have access to two community pools.



The Space:

This freshly completely remodeled three-bedroom, three-bath villa makes an ideal home base for your next coastal escape. The moment you walk through the door, a sweeping ocean view pulls your attention straight to the private, covered balcony. It's set up with a table and chairs plus a pair of lounge chairs, making it a great spot for a meal outdoors or some quiet downtime with a book once you're back from the beach. Inside, the living room has a relaxed, comfortable feel, anchored by an upholstered sofa, two swivel chairs, and extra seating arranged around a large flat-screen smart TV.



The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a cozy reading chair, its own flat-screen smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony. The en-suite bath includes a wide double-sink vanity and a walk-in shower finished in tile. The second bedroom is built for a crowd, with two sets of bunk beds; one pairing twin over twin, the other twin over full; along with a flat-screen smart TV. It has its own attached bathroom, also featuring a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom three is light-filled and playfully decorated, furnished with two full-size beds, built-in storage, and a flat-screen smart TV. Just outside this room, the hall bathroom offers a roomy vanity and another tiled walk-in shower.

Guest Access:

You will have a code to the gated access of the complex, as well as a code for entry. Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival. Explore the island's charm via walking and biking trails that meander through lush greenery, offering a refreshing escape from the sun. Delight in the beauty of the intercoastal waterway and marshlands, conveniently located within walking distance along the western edge. Whether you seek seaside serenity or a leisurely stroll through nature's embrace, Ocean Place promises an idyllic getaway.



Getting Around:

Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

All properties are self-check-in You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION:

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property



OTHER FEES:

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

All of our properties are self-check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival. We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown, and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for emergencies.
