This condo is perfect for your next getaway and boasts comfortable beds for up to 10 people, private outdoor space, and wonderfully stocked kitchen. Guests will enjoy the property's incredibly convenient location, easy access to the dunes-swept beaches, the Shipwatch complex pool (heated in the winter months), and cookout area for picnicking. The Master suite has a king-size bed. Each of the 2 guest bedrooms include 2 queen-size beds, which makes this condo perfect for family get togethers. Bed linens and bath towels are included. Let’s start with the pros. The location can’t be beat. Beautiful ocean front views, close to the pool and beach. Lots of walking trails in the resort. Loved it. Easy communication with property management. Accommodation was as pictured. Plenty of towels. Quiet family area. Now for the cons. In our party we had a 3 year old and a 2 year old. This was not the ideal property for them. The upholstery, bedding and rugs are white. The dining table is glass with sharp corners. We improvised a safety solution. A member of our party is allergic to cats and dogs and although they don’t allow renters to bring pets, a pet has been in the unit. It was a week long issue for our family member. Two suggestions for the owner; buy a new dishwasher and upgrade the toaster. This was not the best rental for our family, but it may be good for others.

This 3 bedroom with en-suite baths worked well for 3 couples. The condo is very comfortable- nicely furnished and equipped, especially the kitchen. Beach out front is beautiful and views from the condo are great. We’ve stayed in a number of different places on Amelia - we’d definitely stay here again.

My friends and I were there for a three day event. The property area was nice with lots of paths, greenery and a small area of shops and it was close to where our event was held.
The condo space itself worked out great for us. The property management company was responsive until we had a problem. The door leading to the outdoor patio would not close and then lock. We reported the issue and someone came out immediately. They were not able to fix it and apparently there is only one repair person who had left for the weekend. No one else came to try to fix therefore we had to fix it in a way that blocked us from using the patio. No other communication was received from the property management company and door was never fixed which left us without access to an advertised area of the condo. Despite that issue, we enjoyed our stay.
