The space
Trade the crowds for soft white sand and salt air on one of Amelia Island's most beautiful — and least commercialized — stretches of ocean coast. Home sits just blocks from the Atlantic on American Beach, a tucked-away community where the dunes are tall, the pace is slow, and the beach feels like yours.
Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and room for up to 11 guests, including two primary suites. There is a first level suite with its own full bath. (upper suite with its own full bath opens onto a balcony, perfect for morning coffee/tea or a nightcap under the stars).
What really sets this place apart: two separate social (hangout) spaces. Main first level, features a 85-inch TV located in the living area — ideal for movie nights, game days, or letting the kids take over with a Disney marathon. The upper level, has a loft area with seating to include its own TV, full wet bar, and a wine/beer/juice/water cooler — the perfect grown-up retreat once the little ones are down. Families/friends/Co-workers can travel together without living on top of each other.
After a day of golf or at the beach and playing in the sand, explore the island. There is so much to experience.
Take the Mayport ferry with your automobile and enjoy daily fresh caught seafood at local resturants.
Visit Talbot Islands, just up the street on Coastal A1A scenic route. There's plenty of fishing areas nearby. Plenty of sports bars, some are located on the ocean. If you enjoy Putt-Putt golfing, there is a location only minutes away
