While your building's work is complete, the other buildings will begin the final phase of the exterior renovation project on March 16, 2026 and it will continue through September 2026. The South pool (closet to this unit) at Ocean Place is open and will continue to be open thoughout the construction process. The North pool will be temporarily tarped/closed in early April 2026, but will be re-open for the summer season (July). Rates have been adjusted to reflect this.
