This condo is located in building 2. Building 1 (which our balcony faces) will be under renovations from mid May through September. We have discounted our rates to reflect this issue. Since we have already discounted the rates, we will not be offering a refund after check in for the disturbance you experience. There will be scaffolding up and some noise during the work.

Process from booking to checking was seamless.There was a stove issue that Michelle had rectified as quickly as possible.Our weather was fantastic and every restaurant we visited was sooo good! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans. Beach chairs were great and we chose to buy a body board, noodles and beach toys so we hope others can enjoy them during their stay!!

Condo was clean, pleasantly furnished and well equipped (although we didn’t cook). View is gorgeous. Balcony is a great space for relaxing, meals, reading, chatting. Pool is lovely. Easy walk along pristine boardwalk straight out to beach. We appreciated the supplied good quality beach chairs and towels. Quiet area (Labor Day weekend). Our group of 4 old friends hopes to be back!
Only minor negative is that the condo (aside from recently renovated master bath) is showing some age and slight wear if you’re the type who notices these details. Two sensitive sleepers in our group felt their mattresses were nearing replacement time.

Location and view wonderful. Large porch is best feature. Couple things would need to see if were to rent again: Unit needs to replace sheets on all beds and tub did not drain at all in back left bedroom's bath BR with 2 beds)
