IMPORTANT NOTICE – ACTIVE BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS
Building B will start August 17, 2026 undergoing a major exterior concrete restoration and balcony renovation project expected to continue through approximately February 22, 2027 (weather permitting). Guests should expect weekday construction activity (Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), including noise from heavy equipment, power tools, concrete repairs, and other construction-related work. Dust, construction equipment, scaffolding, swing stages, temporary parking impacts, and changing site conditions may also be present.
Balcony work will be completed in phases, and if your unit's balcony is scheduled for work during your stay, balcony access will not be available until that phase is complete.
Please note that while work on Building B is anticipated to conclude in February 2027, the Condominium Association's overall building restoration project will continue in other buildings throughout the community through approximately September 2027. As a result, construction activity may still be visible or audible in other areas of the property after Building B is completed.
While we are pleased to offer accommodations during this time, all construction is managed by the Condominium Association and is outside of our control. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect these temporary conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience as these important improvements are completed.

The property is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The community is peaceful and quiet, which made for a perfect getaway. We are already looking forward to returning!
